Gourmet Food on the go

Hnb gourmet was tasked to create a dessert that would out shine desserts of the past.

House of Blues Dallas had HNB Gourmet create a 2 layer cake that would be elegant as well as tasty for a party of 930 attendees. We created a 2 layer 3″ yellow cake with French hazelnut filling, covered in HNB signature icing. But thats not all, wrap the entire cake in a paper thin skin of milk chocolate then fill in the top with a creamy ganache. Finally topped off with a fresh raspberry, chanied hazelnut and finally a  white chocolate mesh
